New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time will depend on the package you have selected. The turnaround time starts from 72 hours for a basic website. Please refer to our pricing page for more details on the turnaround time for your selected package.

If you want to update your package and include urgent delivery for an additional cost, please contact our customer support team.

Revision Policy

The number of revisions we will provide you is based on the package you select. See pricing page for detailed information on the packages. There will be no design revisions in theme-based packages. In case of custom design packages, we will ensure to provide you up to 15 revisions to ensure we provide you the best services and that your needs are met as per your satisfaction. You are liable to pay additional cost if any changes to the design concepts or new requirements are added by you during these revisions. Also, once the design is approved and we have moved to development phase, any changes to the design will cost additional fees. We will inform you beforehand and will reach a mutual agreement before we continue with any changes that are considered new requirements and will cost you additional fees. We will strive to complete revisions 24 to 72 hours depending on the revision complexity.

Refund Policy:

You can claim your refund for your order within 76 hours request for refund time span.

You are not eligible for a refund by QuickerWebsite if any of the below are applicable;

  • The primary design concept has been already approved by the customer and the QuickerWebsite team is working their website development.
  • QuickerWebsite team is working on any revisions requested by the customer.
  • The cancellation has been initiated by the customer due to reasons non-related to QuickerWebsite.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • QuickerWebsite has not been contacted by the customer for more than 2 weeks of project.
  • Company’s policies, or a policy, have been violated.
  • Other company or designer has been approached for the same project by the customer.
  • A complete design change has been demanded by the customer.
  • The given ‘request for refund’ time span has already passed when you requested a refund.
  • The business is closing or changing name or business.
  • No refund can be claimed/processed once after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.

Note: QuickerWebsite holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of QuickerWebsite. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Claim Your Refund

You can claim your refund of your order by following steps:

We will process your refund request, complete our analysis, and initiate the refund process if you qualify for a refund as per our refund policy.

As per our refund policy, after you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by the QuickerWebsite team.

Delivery Policy

We will send you email notifications when your order is ready to be delivered. Also, we will send your completed order to the account provided by you. We will strive to deliver your order as per the date mentioned on the order confirmation email .

Record Maintenance

QuickerWebsite keeps the records of delivered designs up to three months after project delivery in case of any issue

Communication Policy

QuickerWebsite will not be responsible for any communication done via any other platform than “[email protected]quickerwebsite.com” or any numbers not provided by us on our official website.

We are not responsible for any damages caused due to communication through any other contact details not provided by us.

Performance: In order to ensure best performance of your websites, customers will agree and use all the platforms, plugins and hosting services recommended by the QuickerWebsite team.
